Where do I find my membership number?
It is the seven digit number on your DDSL membership details, starting with a 1. Players, coaches and referees all have one.
Do I have to enter it every time?
No. Once entered it stays applied while you shop. On a different device, or much later, you may be asked once more.
When does my pack appear?
In your basket, once your order reaches the spend level for that pack. If it is not showing, the most likely reason is a typo in the membership number.
Can I combine it with another offer?
No. The DDSL member pack replaces any other free gift promotion running at the time, and does not combine with other discount codes. Klarna is available as normal and does not affect your pack.
