30-day hassle-free returns — free for Irish customers

Not happy for any reason? Return your device within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide a free pre-paid return label and process your refund within 3–5 working days of receiving the device back.

How to request a return

Email us within 30 days of delivery

Contact returns@viberstore.com with your full name, order number and reason for return.

Receive your free return label

Once approved, we'll email you a pre-paid DHL return label and full instructions.

Send it back within 14 days

Pack the device securely — fully reset and logged out of all accounts — and drop it off at any DHL point.

Refund processed in 3–5 working days

Once we receive and inspect your device, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Delivery costs are refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect.

Return conditions & exclusions

Device must be returned:

Fully reset and logged out of iCloud / Google
In the same condition as received
With original packaging and cable if supplied
Within 14 days of return approval

We may refuse a return if:

Returned after 30 days without prior agreement
Device shows physical or liquid damage
Returned incomplete or missing packaging
Cases or screen protectors (non-refundable)

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Email us within 24 hours of delivery

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault shortly after delivery, email returns@viberstore.com within 24 hours. We'll offer a full replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

WEEE recycling

Free like-for-like recycling

We offer free WEEE recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment at the time of delivery or in store. We also accept waste batteries for recycling with no purchase required.
