ViberStore started in Dublin in 2016 with a simple idea: buying a quality phone shouldn't mean paying full retail price, and buying refurbished shouldn't feel like taking a chance.
What began as a small Irish business now serves customers right across the country. We've held on to what matters: properly checked phones, straightforward advice and real people to talk to when you need help.
Now in our tenth year, you can shop with us online or call into our Dublin 12 showroom and see the phones for yourself.
What happens before your phone reaches you
Every phone is checked by our team in Dublin before it goes on sale. That's the difference between buying refurbished from ViberStore and taking a chance on a private sale.
70-point inspection
Every phone goes through a 70-point inspection to check that everything works as it should.
Data wiped
Any previous data is wiped, so the phone is ready for you to set up as your own.
Battery checked
Battery health is tested before dispatch, with a minimum of 80% on every phone.
Graded honestly
We grade each phone on how it looks, so you know exactly what to expect when it arrives.
Condition only changes how it looks
Performance, battery and reliability are the same across every grade. The grade tells you how much cosmetic wear to expect.

Very light signs of wear. A faint mark or two, hard to spot.

Visible signs of use. Light scratches you may notice when the screen is off, and scuffs on the frame and back.
