We offer a 30-day return policy with free tracked returns within Ireland. Just contact us and we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. Once we get the phone back, you’ll receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days.
What if my phone arrives damaged or isn’t working properly?
If there’s an issue with your order, just let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it quickly and either replace the phone or give you a full refund. We’ll also cover the cost of return shipping.
