This device includes a 12-month warranty from ViberStore, so you're covered if anything goes wrong with the software or hardware under normal use. Battery issues are covered for 90 days. We don’t cover accidental damage, but we’re always here to help if you need support.

Once we receive it in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few working days, no hassle.
