Warranty

Every device purchased from ViberStore between 1 October and 25 December 2026, inclusive, comes with a 15-month warranty. Devices purchased outside this promotional period come with our standard 12-month warranty.

Our warranty covers qualifying hardware and software faults arising under normal use. If a covered fault occurs, we'll arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty terms. Accidental damage, liquid damage and damage caused by unauthorised repairs are not covered by our voluntary warranty.

Battery warranty
Every device includes a 90-day commercial battery warranty covering qualifying battery faults. Battery health is tested before dispatch. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected: a battery fault occurring after 90 days may still qualify for a remedy under Irish consumer law.

Your consumer rights
Our warranties are provided in addition to your statutory rights under Irish consumer law and do not limit or replace those rights.

About product

Refurbished OPPO Reno13 Pro 5G

Near-flagship performance at a fraction of the price.

The OPPO Reno13 Pro 5G is a serious step up for anyone who wants premium features without the premium price tag. With a stunning 6.83-inch AMOLED display, a triple 50MP camera system, IP69 water resistance and a 5800mAh battery, it punches well above its class — competing with handsets that cost significantly more new.

At its core is the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip paired with up to 16GB RAM, delivering fast, smooth performance across gaming, multitasking and everyday use. The 120Hz display is sharp and fluid, 80W SUPERVOOC charging tops the battery from flat in around 40 minutes, and OPPO's promise of software updates until 2031 means this phone will stay current for years to come.

The camera setup is where the Reno13 Pro 5G really stands out. Two 50MP sensors — a wide and a 3.5x optical telephoto — are backed by an 8MP ultrawide with autofocus, giving you genuine versatility across all shooting conditions. AI-powered features including Night Portrait mode, Live Photo and an AI image eraser round out a system that rivals much more expensive phones.

Every OPPO Reno13 Pro 5G at ViberStore is professionally refurbished, fully tested and backed by the ViberStore warranty. All devices have a minimum 80% battery capacity, pass a 30-point inspection and are PhoneCheck certified. All grades and storage sizes available to order.
