At ViberStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a product purchased from our website, we make it simple and hassle-free. Here’s how you can initiate a return:


How to Return Your Product:

  1. To initiate a return, please email with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a RMA number and additional returns instructions.
  2. Package Your Product: Before returning, ensure your iPhone or other device:
    • Has no passwords or locks.
    • Is free of Sim cards and personal data.
    • Lacks any personal account details like iCloud or Google accounts.
    • Contains no accessories such as cases, screen protectors, cables, or chargers.
    • Is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • Shipping Advice: We recommend using Registered Post to ensure the safe arrival of your device.


30-Day Free Returns for Online Purchases:

  • Eligibility: You are entitled to a free return within 30 days of your online purchase, provided the conditions below are met.
  • Condition: The device must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. This includes:
    • No Physical or Liquid Damage: The device must be free from any signs of physical or liquid damage.
    • Data Wipe: Ensure that all personal data is removed from the device. This includes logging out of all accounts (i.e., iCloud, Google) and performing a factory reset.
    • Original Packaging: The device must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including box and cable.
    • Note: The 30-day free returns policy applies only to mobile phones and iPads. Accessories are not eligible for this policy, and refunds for accessories will not be provided if a device is returned.
  • Contact Us: Email to initiate your return and receive your pre-paid return label.
  • Shipping: Attach the pre-paid return label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.


Important Information:

  • Processing Time: Repairs may take up to 48 hours. Please allow our technicians the time needed to complete the work effectively.
  • Warranty Information: The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, such as cracks or water exposure. Devices returned with active passwords may incur additional shipping costs for return.


Damaged Goods:

  • If your device arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at We will arrange for the return and replacement or refund of the damaged goods.


WEEE Management:

  • We accept WEEE returns on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis at no charge at the time of delivery or at any of our nationwide stores. Waste batteries can be returned in-store without purchase.


Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item, following a thorough inspection.
  • Delivery costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty product or incorrect item shipped).


Additional Notes:

  • If goods are capable of retaining user-generated data, please back up your data to prevent loss during the repair or replacement process.
  • Goods returned for repair may be replaced with refurbished items of the same type or repaired using refurbished parts.
