At ViberSTORE we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase made from (our “website”).

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies.

We also advise that you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Warranty: Your warranty does not cover Physical or Liquid dammage to your device. Your product must be reported and returned before the expire of your 3 month warranty.

Your Consumer Rights

Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) (“the Act”) and other applicable legislation.

Under the Act the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that:

  1. Goods must be of merchantable quality – goods should be of reasonable quality taking into account what they are meant to do, their durability and their price.
  2. Goods must be fit for their purpose – they must do what they are reasonably expected to do.
  3. Goods must be as described - the buyer must not be mislead into buying something by the description of goods or services given orally by a salesperson or an advertisement.

These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given.

There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.

Your Right to Cancel your Order (Right of Withdrawal)

Subject to the terms set out below, you have the right to cancel your Order and return the goods, anytime before and up to fourteen (14) business days starting from the day after the goods are received by you, provided the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state, and provided that;

There will be a deduction of 15% restocking fee taken from the value paid, as Viberstore have to carry out multiable cross checks on all stock that is returned through customer remorse or change of mind.

Prior to returning the goods, you must contact us at who will guide you through our returns policy. You will be responsible for the cost to return the goods to us. If you have purchased a Apple product it is your responsability to ensure you have removed your Apple ID & All passwords associated with the device. If returned without removal, Viberstore reserve the right to refuse the refund. And it is on the onus of the the consumer to collect their device.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) and the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 as amended.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods are delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at within 24 hours (1) day of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.


Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 3 - 5 working days days of receipt by us of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the Order as the case may be.

Return of Faulty Goods

You may contact us at and we will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This time frame may vary from product to product and you will be advised of this time by the Customer Care team.

Repair of Faulty Goods

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description. But always our aim is to have the product back to the customer ASAP.

If any goods that you return are capable of retaining user generated data such as files stored on a iPad hard drive, telephone numbers stored on a mobile phone and songs stored on a portable media player, the replacement or repair of the goods may result in loss of the data. In these circumstances, we recommend you back up data to prevent data loss, and remove sensitive or confidential data, as a party assessing and/or repairing your goods may be required to view data in the course of carrying out the assessment. We will not be responsible for any data loss.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
